Complete the follow steps to proceed with your membership
The 'Sign-Up Pack' email includes six attachments.
Please download them and complete the following three steps
Step 4: Scan a valid form of identification
A valid form includes a driver's license, passport, or any other identity card that displays both your photo and signature
Step 5: Read, Autograph, and Scan the 'Member Agreement' (T&Cs)
Step 6: Pledge, Autograph, and Scan 'The Order's Oath'
